我在MINTO买了一处房子,现打算找一验房师,请问大家有没有什么好的推荐?

另外就是何时找验房师验收房子合适?

是在Closing Day之前同MINTO的验房师一同检验,有问题就马上让MINTO那方记录下来,及时解决.但这样就是在Closing Day之前,可能房子里有些地方还没完成,有的问题看不出来.

另一个方案就是在Closing Day之后让验房师来检验,看到问题后先记录下来,再拿去与MINTO交涉.只是这样的话,有可能会被拖延时间,问题无法及时解决.

请有经验的朋友们帮忙出个主意.

I hired a home inspector for PDI. I found it was too rush, and difficult to communicate with two inspectors (home builder inspector and the one I hired) at the same time. While builder inspector walk you through the home, and write down whatever need to be fixed, your hired home inspector is doing the inspection on his own, and you have no time to discuss any issue with him becasue home builder inspector is expected to spend about two to three hours with the PDI in which I found is not enough time to inspect all the details.

I found it is much better to hire the inspector after you took procession of the house, before the 30 day report deadline. You can spend more time with your home inspector, and you can ask him any questions without the builder inspector listening to. You can put all the items that you inspector found in the 30 days report.

All items in the 30 days report will be addressed beofre a specified day given by Tarion.
