new town houses have 2.5 bath now.

the current full bath is next to master bedroom, so it is will be pretty easy to add another full bath inside master using the same wall of the current bath, so I think the new pipes are closer to the old pipes so the construction will be smaller.

Anyone knows a good contractor for this kind of job?

you think that's an easy piece to add a new bath eh? you are properly wrong; if you don't have rough-ins, true it will be very easy to cost you several thousand bucks to do that..

A full bath room needs at least 5'x6'. If your master bed room is not big, you may not have enough spaces. For your house, people usually add a full bathroom at basement.

So i think too add the en-suite at the door of the master bed, the the master will be like 12x11

The current seller already located a space in basement, with income cold and hot water pipe connected to it, but without sink pipe for waste water. so i can either raise the floor for the sink pipes or dig into the fundation (i feel it may damage the fundation).
