我们要将地毯换成地板,在Alexanian Carpet
& Flooring(Nepean) 买了地板. 他们答应今天(星期五)装, 我们从早八点等起,他们一直拖, 现要改成星期一. 和他们经理也吵了.没用. 他们就是看人下菜单. 我们是移民就受这份气.隔壁老外换屋顶, 人八点开工. 心里烟不下这口气.请问有人知道安省消费者协会的网址和电话吗. 谢谢

Don't mad. At Friday many people will call in sick, so they can take a long weekend. It is their rights to use their sick leave. You don’t need a doctor’s certificate for just one day. It is very common in Canadian work place. I do this all the time. Manager has nothing to do with it; he just has nobody to send. For them a customer is a customer, Chinese or not makes no deferent.
In Canada consumer dispute is solved in court. Consumer association is not a government agent. They don’t have any power over the store.
Are you ready to sue a big corporation with deep pocket for this?
