大家空调一般白天设几度？睡觉调几度？
二楼卧室的温度比一楼高3度，这正常吗？大家有什么办法吗？

I think it is normal.

I set my AC to 23c, but 二楼卧室 is always 25c..To fix it, you can install ceiling fans on both 二楼 and 一楼. For 一楼's fans, set them to sucking up mode; and for 二楼's fans, set them to pushing down mode..in general, keep the air really flow...
