自己铺hardwood，大致需要多少钱(320－350sqf)？包括地板和租工具。有什么地方有教这个的么？

不想upgrade hardwood，builder要价太高了。想自己搞，不知道对于完全不知道哪儿是哪儿的我们是否现实。

Try home depot they should have a class. The price is very much depending on the woods. You can go HD to check the price and tool rental too.

You need too rent a nailer and air compressor. As for hammer, screw drives, tape measure, I think you should have. The rental cost for both is less than $100 a day.

With a typical hardwood, the price is about $6/sf. You have to buy 10% more (5% more may be sufficient if you DIY). So the wood cost is 350x110%x$6x114%(tax)=$2633. It will take you 2 days (3 days at most) to do the job.
