前些日子这里有位朋友说买了richcraft的房子，从来没有看到过blue print的事情。
我也是刚刚买了richcraft的房子，特意要求看了blue print。问清楚了各种尺寸等问题。但是blue print却不属于签字的文件之一，也就是说，如果builder改了房子的一些东西，比如窗户尺寸，我是毫无办法证明这与当时blue print不同的。

我问了可否在blue print上双方签字，被builder严厉否决。

请问
1. 有多大可能性builder不按照现在的blue print施工？
2. 我这种情况怎办能证明我是要的和现在的blue print上一模一样的房子。以防builder修改blue print。

这个好像不太可能发生，起码他们不会改你的concept.你会在户型图上签字，然后在每个跟builder商量好的地方签字，这都是concept, 其他的细节由建筑师决定好了。我搬进了新房子后，的确有一些细节跟我想的不一样，但是后来一捉摸，都是人家有道理，建筑师毕竟见多识广，考虑问题更全面。

it's city approved plan, they have to build the same model. When they apply building permit, City approve the blue print and site plan that indicated all the dimesion and orientation of the house. Before they got the occupancy permit, City will check if the builder followed the approved plan.

In general, it won't change because any customize plan cost builder money.

Keep contact with your builder, updated the satus is not bad idea. Just in case something happened.

最后还是就这个问题咨询了律师，结论如下：

1、几乎没有builder会和buyer签blue print。
2、blue print可能修改。
3、一般来说builder不会有意修改blue print。传出去对他们自己reputation不利。但是也有由于建筑材料涨价等原因，更换成便宜材料的情况。
4、需要及时去看工地，及时发现和当初看到的blue print不同的地方。
5、如果这些不同点不如你意，只能自己争取。要求builder改正或者要求赔偿。

总之，法律无法保护你，只能自己argue。
