Actually, that is built by ourself. My framer cann't figure out some complicate stuff, like coffered ceiling, etc, as some of them are only high-school graduated. Anyhow, I have to say, we, Chinese are much more smarter than the local trades at some points. Local professional trades are so good for the routine work, you cannot catch their speed, never. I think that's the reason they can make money and survive.
