急问：刚买的一年新的房，发现Notary没有Adjustment的Bill,应该找谁要帐呢？

请教个位有经验的，刚买的一年新的房，5月31号closing的，6月底交地税的时候发现有700多去年的property tax今年7月底due,但没有在notary的adjustment中体现，转回头打电话质问notary,他到是一推干净，要我和pervious owner联系，如果他们不给，就上法庭。我就confuse了，这不应该是你干的吗？如果要上法庭，我应该sue谁啊？

请帮我出出主意。。。

Call the former owner. The problem usually be solved without court. They will lose anyway. If you go to court you should "sue" the owner. Because this is where the money should come from.

Go to small claim court(Yellowpage), they would let you know. You may have to pay a fee $75.
