5年fix央行利率减1.5%是几乎所有银行都能做到的，也就是说几乎所有银行都可能给你7.24%-1.5%=5.74%。5.79%不算低。我朋友上上周TD找的，给了她5.53%，她还觉得高呢。这个都看运气，看你是不是碰到了right person。
