主要是看该给的东西是不是都在.拿上合同书对一对. 房子又不能退,住了以后发现问题叫 BUILDER 修.
不少新房都有小问题. 下水道漏是常事. 把龙头都开段时间,先查查.

今天验房，发现几个问题：
1、楼上曾漏过水，cell painted again.
2. the floor of basement has some crack, the concrete wall also has one big crack. the builder said it's ok if the width of crack is less than 4mm.
3. the floor at the entry of the master bedroom has some big noise.

I can't believe the new home has these problem, is it normal?

关于地下室地面裂缝，你可以自己到不同的建筑商的示范房地下室去看，数一数平均每个地下室有多少条裂缝，有裂缝的房子占百分之几，之后你自己可以下结论。

说句实话， 新房子的质量真不如老房子。当初给我们验房的home inspector 说， ８０年代 ~９０年代修的房子质量最好。
