overall, mattamy is good.
just be careful you need more money for upgrades. if you just need basic, it is great
Also, lot is smaller but you do not really feel so. design and interior are better than other buliders. mattamy is a big buidler. therefore, if anything goes wrong, you can always complain. be careful with the design center, it is very tricky there. |

carp dump
i heard the fact that the carp cump is not near the area.kentridge ,it seems that you are familiar with the area,would you tell more details about the area.such as the house price, i feel that the price is lower than other area,maybe some reasons for that,would you tell more? i also hope somebody else give some advice. thanks!

location is good
mattamy is well known for developing houses in good locations, cos otherwise, it won't sell.
the farmland itself is not perfect. i actually followed the event of the public outcry of developing properties in that area. it does carry some risk of flooding and mattamy delayed almost most a year to start selling the place. Carp river is definitely a threat but you have lots houses in btw. Maybe it is safe. this is my final put. if you are rich, buy houses in Canada Lake, if you have to buy mattamy's house, save your money for the premium lot. |
