首付多少和利息基本没什么关系吧。
当然，如果你首付的特别多，贷款数额特别少，可能银行就不大原意给你特别低的折扣了。

www.ingdirect.ca could be a bench mark. it is the best you can get without negotiation.If you get anything better than them take it.
