房子里能安装攀岩练习用的指力板吗? [问题]

指力板重5公斤,在加上人的重量,不知道房子里有没有什么地方能承受住这么大的重量? 怎么安装? 哪位知道, 先谢了.

never used it. don't know. at least it should be bolted to the stud behind drywall. You need a stud finder to do it. Does this thing come with a install manual?

是国内买的,安装在家里,但国内的房子是水泥的,不象这里都是木头, 不知道bolted to the stud 能不能承受住这么大的重量.

不行!绝对不行。就是在墙壁上装液晶管的电视机，还要钉在有木柱的干墙
版（石膏版）后面。如果指力板重5公斤,再加上人体的重量65公斤，时间稍为长点绝对受不了。

a 2x4 will support that weight without problem. But the screw connect the 指力板 with stud has its limit. Let do some math.

5kg + 70 kg = 75 kg, by engining standard you have to design for
75kg X 3 = 225 kg. if every screw can hold 15 kg dead weight. 225/15 = 15 screws
I will recommand you buy a strong piece of wood at lest 3 feet long 1 feet wide. 3/4 inch thick. bolt 指力板 to it. Then screw that board to three studs behind drywall with at least 15 screws.
