Someone talked about making beer at home before at here. Just want to know if anyone is doing AG and interested in buying grain and hop by group. We can buy grain by bag(55Lbs/bag) and hop(11Lbs/bag). That's more cheap.

very few hard core people start with grain hop. mostly will buy a kit. You just need to add water and mixed yeast that come with it.

I started making beer with canned kit about 5 years ago, and then switched to AG. The AG beer are much much much better than canned kit beer. Just give you one reason that is AG's sugar just come from grain, but if you use canned kit, you need add 1Kg corn sugar.
Once you start AG, you will never go back.

*AG=All Grain
