请问各位，准备买房，谈了个律师，不知这样的律师收费如何？
Disbursements 是什么意思？是必需的吗？ Titel insurance 是什么意思？是必需的吗？Legal Fee 为什么不是 fixed cost?

Taxes: Land Transfer Tax (approx 1-1.5% of purchase price);
Registration of Deed: $70.60;
Registration of Mortgage $70.60
Title Insurance: (depends on purchase price (ranges from $162-322.92)
Legal Fee: $650
All your costs are fixed costs, except legal fee.

A reasonable price, your lawyer have to prepare necessary paper works, and to insure the land is free of liability. Sometimes lawyers may spent extra time on their clients, in that case the legal fee will be extra which is why the legal fee is not a fixed cost. He or she will only give you a price if that is in a normal circumstance.

Legal fee is the charge from your lawyer for the service he/she provides. Different lawyer may charge you a different rate, so it is not fixed. Other costs are the fees your lawyer will pay for your transaction.
