因为要卖房子, 需要找一个出手较快的经纪. 不知道有没有人知道Masoud Badre. 据说他保证房子120天卖掉, 否则他会先自己买下来.

House sell fast is because of price not agent. I heard Bardre will set your price, it usually is low. So you house will sell for sure.
If you want to sell for fast get three agents to give your house a price. Then choose lowest one minus the agent fee + 5000 dollar. Then list it on grapevine. Let buyer barging for 5000 dollars. You get almost same amount of money and will sell fast.
Of course paint and replace old dirty carpet will help too.
