switch on fans in bath room and kitchen. turn on furnace fan. open one or two windows a little. Fresh air in and old air fans out. You may pay more heating bill since furnace will work hard to keep the house warm.

There are some air filter. But they are not cheap and mostly they work on dust. For chemical, increase ventilation may be the only way.
