3. 地下室地基增高12"。

6. Subfloor to 5/8" T&G plywood.

地下室增高可以是地下室空间不象以前一样压抑。如果有计划finish basement， 例如做成family room, guest room, bedroom unit for rent, kids play room。 是有用的。值，通常的做法是foundation wall 变高。
100amp to 200amp 没用，除非你要有自己的workshop.
floor joist change to 12" from 16" is over cute.
I am not sure about what is Minto's Energy star package. If it is only appliance, then it depends on the person. I think they will charge more than you buy them yourself. If they mean the Energy Efficiency of the house. Now OBC2006 has already raise up the bar. The low-e window, higher insulation R-value have become the standard.

Energy star package 包括：
- R25 exterior walls, R20 basement exterior walls, R32 ceiling no attic, R32 exposed floor, air leakage control
- Minimum of 15 compact fluorescent light bulbs, airtight plastic electrical boxes in heated ceiling, airtight pot lights
-main supply sealed with foil tape, pricipal exhaust fan rate at 1.5 sonnes, ventilation distribustion interconnect (furnace), furnace with 90% AFUE (好像已经是高效炉了）,rental hot water tank with minimum of .60EF
-HRV (standard installation) 这个是不是自己装好？

另外，地下室是walkout basement，说是向下多8"，向上多4"。这不会使drive way 太倾斜吧？
