问题是，现在到底是variable 的好，还是fixed的好。。大家有什么高见？？

variable的要低很多啊，可以到5.5...当然没有bonus了。。

I looked at the rate (to mortgage brokers) offered by National Bank. The 5-year fixed rate is a lot more than 4.99%.

I want to know what this "international bank" is, such that I can help my clients to get a good rate. :-)

I want to find a house which is close to a good high school which has french emmersion program. Can anyone give me some information?

As far as I know, high schools do not offer French Immersion program.

The Late French Immersion program is offered for grade 7 and grade 8 students. (not high school students)

If you look for the public school with good French immersion programs (early, middle or late), you may look at Katimavik (Kanata), Kanata Lake and Beaverbrook (Kanata). The Katimavik Public School and Stephen Leacock Public School are good.
