directenergy的hydro protection plan?

今天directenergy推销hydro protection plan，不知各位是什么看法？我想能源是肯定要涨价的，如果这个plan能在涨价的情况下保证较低的价格，还是可以考虑的。有谁买了吗？

另外15/Mar之前有一个Furance Protection 的special offer, 5.99$/month, 不知是否应该购买？

I signed the contract plan in 2003. It said to keep my rate under 0.05$/kWH but I checked my old bills when I got this year new contract form and found that I still payed higher rate when the rate went up to above 0.05$ in 2006 and 2007. I didn't call them since it is only 0.003-0.008$ difference but I wouldn't sign it again. I also met their door-to-door sales person for their gas plan. It is disgusting.

This is my own experience.

By the way, the rate 5.99$/M is really cheap for Furnace Protection Plan.
