买BRIDLLEWOOD房子的三点理由:

Kanata South 在今后的几年会有很大的发展。这主要是指Fernbank 那一片儿,差不多渥太华的builder都来了,按计划,应该有8000套左右的房子。
相反,Bridlewood 其实现在已经没有多少可开发的地方了 - 就剩下spring creek, waymark 和Eva James对面的那片林子。这个区已经很成熟了,而且越来越方便, 去super store看一看,有多少人从Barhaven,kanata lakes, morgan's grant过来买东西的。另外最主要的是有了Roch Carrier - 这个学校今年第一次参加排名,成绩就不俗,把同区的w.o michel 给比下去了。。在kanata的english public 中仅次于katimavik和stephan leacok. 。。。 等有时间接着写
