They both two-acre lots, treed and partially treed. Less than 7 minutes to Kanata Hi-Tech area (only 5 minutes North of Morgan’s grant).

We have floor plans for 2700sqft bungalow, and 2300sqft bungalow. The price range is from 460,000 to 530,000 basic price , and up to 529,000 to 620,000 for fully upgrade model home quality finishing. We also have two story designs from 2800sqft to 3500 sqft. The price range for two story house is around 450,000 to 560,000 basic price, and 520,000 to 650,000 for fully upgrade luxury finishing.

One of the lot is just sold and to be built in 2008. The model is Varadero III, which is the revised model based on Varadero II built on McCord Drive.

There are some comments on why build in rural,
1. You will have much bigger lot than the city.
2. You have more privacy, but with larger windows on four sides of the house
3. The environment is better than the city, quite, away from traffic; clean air, close to nature, etc.
4. You pay lower on property tax.
5. You can build customized home, which is unique and not the same as your neighbours.

The other lot available is 35 O'hara. It is located in Hardwood Eastate, a very nice, quite and matural subdivision, with back yard facing south, partial treed 2 acres.
