今天发现车库屋顶漏水。郁闷！
把房顶的积雪（几乎没什么融化的迹象，西晒背阴处）铲掉，查看沥青片基本完好。不像是融雪所致，还有其他的可能吗？房子是10年薪的townhouse,表面看屋顶还蛮新的。
顶棚灰板阴湿一小片，切开，再割开塑料膜，防潮石灰棉都湿了。

请教高手，下一步如何？ 谢谢！

Our house also had the same problem in the first year, after the builder use shingle sealant, it didn't happened again, right now my house is already 10 years.

it is a ice dam problem. Basically the lower part of snow does not melt, but up part snow especially the snow close to the house melts. The water couldn't go down, accumulated at under the snow and over flow the shingle. Use shingle sealant is right way to go. You can remove some snow at lower part to let water runs down for now, since sealant have to apply at summer.

In which store can I buy some shingle sealant? I found the sealer on Internet, they apply the sealer by spraying. However I prefer the one applied by rolling.
