Deal with Brick

We bought a new house. And the builder provide us with a contact of Brick commercial sales. It's said we can get good deal from Brick if you buy appliances or furniture, because the builder and Brick have some kind of agreement.

Did anybody have the same experience? If so, did you really get big discount from Brick?

Compare with other stores as well.

Find what you like and the lowest price you can get.

Get the price(write on paper) from different stores. Most of the store will do the price match! Good luck.

about 50 % off. I bought all appliances in Boxing Day. Store like Future Shop, you can buy Boxing day and deliver next year July.

As I know they won't give you the writen price, usually the sale gives 10%-15% off their internet price.

Most stores have price match. but actually it doesn't work for many of things, such as fridge, for the brick, leon’s, sears, similar thing, all same brand, similar capacity, but the models all have slight differences: one of them might have plastic shelf, another one might have spill-proof glass one; one might has three adjustable shelves, another might has four shelves, etc. so you can’t really do the price match because they are not exactly same model.
You need to choose which one you prefer, how much money you would like to pay for the type.
