Based on the price-list (May 3) of Richcraft for Kanata Estate II: 1. House base price (MEADOW) .............$411,900 2. LOT premium: - P lot ..............................................+ $15,000 (refer to lot 13) - walk out ........................................+ $15,000 (refer to lot 103,104, ...,110) - face park .......................................+ ? 3. Upgrade ..................................... + $11,000+ (include #5 room, house extension, ...) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ...........................................subtotal: $452,900 + (lot premium for park) So, asking 426,900 would save you a lot, and you can have a much better location than any similar lot in Kanata Estate II.
