I have a lilac, from I got it home for three years, it never been blooming. It is over one meter tall, and full of beautifull leaves, just even no one flower, Maybe it is a male tree?

I gave my lilacs to two of my friends.
One got flowers after one year, other got flowers after three years.
BTW, one meter is not tall for a lilac.
You may check if it has flower bud then you will know if you can get flower for this year.

Thanks for every friend's help, i appreciate it. I have checked every tip of the lilac time by time, they are completely soft. I think that means there is no flower bud, so this year my lilac is gonna be fully green again. I am sad.
