Like to expand to double driveway with asphalt, adding size at 20*10, not sure how much it would cost

Also I check the ottawa Residential Construction Checklists, looks like i don't need to apply permit for that since the list only includes:
Accessory Building
Addition
Finished Basement
Sundeck

thX tour, i was thinking /sm means per square metre, but $3600 is too expensive for me

If you have single driveway, you may not be allowed to double the size. Call city (311) for information. Usually it is ok to expand few foot so you can park two cars side by side. It is a good project by DIY interlock. You can put material on the lawn( you have to redo it after the driveway is done). You still have usage of the driveway, do the driveway little by little in summer. It costs about 1500 dollars.
