Another stragety to push the reserved lot to sold is to increase the price...looks like they both know how to use it...

The house in this neighborhood is way over-priced...I am going to sell mine,earn 100k and stay in Bridlewood

Kids in Kanata Estate will registe in Stephen Leacock PS so far. The new school in Kanata Estate is a Cathlic School. The Hydro posts at the left side of the Kanata Estate are not major hydro Line (Not like Minto in Morgan's grant). So should be safe for the health. I have the rev 1 price, I will publish it this afternoon. This Sales stratage is mostly used in Toronto, but now it is coming to Ottawa. The lot is reserved not only by 1 person. The sales said she will take most 10 deposits on one lot. So you withdraw your deposit, the builder still got backup, and second one will have higher price than you. Most 60' lots got mulit reserved, some 50' lots got mulit reserved and 44' lots haven't. so it looks the price of 44' lot won't go up very fast. and you will see a lot of 35' and 44' lots available soon. But I doubt of the 60 and 50 lots. The price is up and down based on the market. People are richer than we thought. A lot of people focus on 50 and 60, never think about 44 and 35, that's why Mano park 2 up$25000 within one day.

I forgot to mention everyone, that Cardel is starting reserve lots in Kanata Estate too on May 1st. Everyone likes Cardel's design should go to their King's grant sales center to reserve the lot ASAP. Because as I know Cardel only got about 20 lots in the first phase. and all locate in one creasent back on Kizell pond, very good location. But I don't know how many 60's and 50's. Cardel's house looks luxury and beautiful. You will find a lot of gorgeous houses in Walden built by cardel.

If Urbandale took my deposit last May to reserve a lot for me in Spring Creek, I would never leave Bridlewood..they push me to move to Kanata Lakes and force me to switch to Richcraft - This is how they treat their "loyal customer"...

Now I realize buying in Kanata Lakes is a quick way to build up my portfolio ...It will help me to complish my next goal quickly- Moving in to a real "esatate-sized" lot house built by Novadalhomes in the countryside

Did Cardel increase its prices like Urbandale?

Anyone has more information regarding Cardel in Kanata Lake?
