想砍掉门前的大树做为停车,市府不许,请问有何法子?

You can ask them to move a little when they do that. You get the space you needed.

The problem about asking city to cut it. It costs money to cut it. If the situation is not bad enough (like it is dameging you property) for you to sue city, they wouldn't do it .

我家隔壁的西人就是采取破坏树根的方法，树死了就自己把它挖掉了。虽然这样做不太好，但是有的时候树太大了，会担心冬天的大雪压垮大树，压垮的大树如果倒向屋子麻烦就大了，所以有时候这样子做也很无奈。。。。。。
