请教一下各位前辈，因为看中了MONARCH一款MAHOGANY的户型，同时又很喜欢STONEBRIDGE这个区，但是对这片不是很熟悉，而且不知道买新房子要注意什。所以想请教一下大家，大家给些意见。谢谢了

你要买mahogany with loft 吧，这房型很好。
这片还算是新区吧，小孩上学都要搭校巴。
买新房子，还是要你自己来感觉感觉咯，有些人喜欢，
有些人认为这里远离城市，主要是没有直接高速入口。
去downtown 上班大概要花45分钟（公车）。
