I have ordered an item from Ebay.com around $200 US dollar. I want to ask whether the Canadian custom will charge me sell tax or not? Thanks!

如果shipping没用UPS赶快选USPS(US post service) airmail.
我在Ebay曾买过一$200 US dollar used车用音响。但用了UPS shipping，结果 charge了我总共$75(agent fee开箱检查+GST),还有两件车的配件，都charge的我不敢再想. 后来我选用USPS airmail(共买过15-20件 so far)大部份没任何charge. 竟管USPS airmail要贵一些(列如UPS要$5,USPS airmail要$15)但还是值。我后来都是和seller(不管是公司还是个人)说好一定用USPS airmail。

USPS might be not so reliable. Anybody know there is group discount in ottawa for DHL, UPS, FEDEX? I know there is in Toroto if join in a club

never try to use UPS.

Besides the shipping, they would charge you arms and legs for custom handling fee if u r getting something from US.

I paid about 60$ for such a fee.
