Does someone know how to specify the name in a group?

You need to set up a data source first, then merge into your main document. Search help on "Mail Merge".

I don't think that MS Office supports what you are trying to do, however there are tons of custom software that can do this, software primarily used by junk mailers.

google "mail merge".
