Take 111 to ST. Laurent -> Take 127 and get off at Shefford. Go along Shefford to north direction about 3-4 minutes then meet the first light intersection with Canotek Road. You can see some small shops buildings. The Test Center is there.

Just remind you that you should book the test time first by
(1) Using your credit card on telephone and book the time;
or (2) Buying a money order and then wait ETS sending you a Vaucher Number letter, then call the test center to book your test time;
