他说:whatever,你必需等,我们会跟你联络的。(其实他就是想拖,拖到8号,我买的那个special plan就无效了,听着他们第五次说这句话,真是能气死人) 我说:your service is piece of sh$t. seller告诉我这个CD-KEY是绝对可用的,如果你们那该死的CD-KEY无效,为什么他妈的还要卖它? 他说:请你安静一下,别冲我抱怨。 我说:你想让我再信你们一次么?(因为每个人都是说下午就回电话,但是根本没有回电) 他说:你等一下,我查查我们的记录。 我等。。。。。。。 然后他说:你的情况我知道了,我一会儿就给你回电话。 我大声的吼了一声:that's fine.把电话给挂了。 几分钟后,另外一个rogers guy打来电话,说你的CD-KEY有效,可以给你约时间安装了。(心里又惊又喜又气) 几分钟后,又一个rogers girl打来电话,说你的问题解决了么?我们说解决了,她好像还挺惊讶,不知道为何。 |

would be ready in 24 hours. First time I call them, they said "Oh, let's wait for another few hours". Second time, "Oh, it is after 6:00pm, we have no engineer". Third time, "We will forward your problem to proper group". Forth, fifth, sixth....time, "You have to wait for our engineer to fix". And finally on 5th day, my phone line got hooked up. However, they didn't charge the 5 days service. Some Canadians and Canadian companies are really SHIT! |
