bell让我赶上,大家小心(最新情况通报)
!1月申请安装电话,被要求电话申请,借了电话也没申请成,结果跑到BELL WORLD RIDEAU CENTER,划卡(必须信用卡)、现金都不行,跑回到银行买了money order,回来交上,ok
!说7天开通,等了一周,没通,又跑去问,说money order的什么问题,反正刚来也听不太懂,幸亏带了底单,ok,在等一周 !4月搬家,撤电话,问bell说要交完final bill才可。都申请撤机了,又来了3张bill,没问题咱有耐心,全交,等了一个月,多交的bill钱给退了(脱了裤子放屁――bell多此一举) !有等了2周,没信,问,说再等等。14天后,问,说传真money order底单,好,传。2周后,没动静。电话问,说缺少一些信息,把地址、现在电话等等问了一通,让等。 !今天,接到电话说,他们那里没有money order的信息,让我去银行查它的支付信息!!!!然后传真给他们。。。 我靠,玩我那吧 。。。。 等了近两个月,终于盼到了银行的回执,这让我想起了甲方乙方中舍奔驰住农村的汉子,带着激动的心情,像一个农民拿着白条到乡政府兑换一样,给bell传真了过去。。。。。。 当时打电话,问,作激眼状,吼了几句,丫态度挺好,说马上问题就能解决,可惜快下班了,明天打310-bell哦~~ 今天,打,走那个白痴语音辨识系统后,一大嘟噜法语,俺也赶紧着 good afternoon 甭乳,说了好多便早就说过了的话,丫去查资料,俺就等啊,估计有3袋烟两杯咖啡4泡尿一伦敦的功夫,丫回来啦,说那天你传真的东东不够好~~,我们要money order两面地。。。 丫看来3P看多了,啥都要两面地,money order就一面啊。。。。那面空白!! 俺一看,纯属拿俺不识数啊,于是像机关枪一样说了起来,可找到机会练英语啦。。。 等俺叭的完,丫只说了一句,您还想要钱吗? 废话! 要的话,下周二打这个电话,记得一定要打哦~~~ 514 ****, 长途。。。。。。 |

Bell Canada
From the 1st time I dealt with Bell, I told myself I would switch to another company if it exits. I've been moved many times. Most of the time Bell had several problems to set up the phone line. The last time Bell rep. asked me to find out previous phone # of the address I moved in. Is that Bell's job and they ask customer to help them?
Now I'm using Sprint Canada home phone service. Bye, Bell! |

他们有投诉电话和E-MAIL,上次让我骂了一次,老实了,英文实在不行就找个好的帮你!

last time when I move, they told me they don't need to send any engineer to my
apartment to install the phone-line. however, after I moved in I foud the phone is not ready. After phoned bell several times, they fix it 5 days later. Can you imaging 5 days without any connection to the outside world? Furthermore, they charge my service fee for that 5 days! Bell is a very bad company and rude to its customers! |

A quick suggestion, everytime when I have some problem with Bell, I call customer service. The first thing I want to know when I am answered by some agent is, what's your name, please give me the exact spelling of your first name, last name, your employee number, your extension number, and your manager's name. Then I talk my problem after taking down all these info. You will find the agent turns to be very polite to you and tries to help you to solve the problem a.s.a.p.
