请各位中国同胞帮忙！
我们停BELL电话及交费后，一个月后又收到账单(要求在九月三日前再次交费)。本想打电话问BELL为什么要多交费，但BELL的电话310-2355/310-8000的接线员都告诉我们311-2355/310-8000不再是BELL公司的电话，他们说他们也不知道如何联系BELL。在www.bell.ca 上也无法找到答案。这种情况我们应该怎么办？是到期前先交那部份不合理的费用，还是可以先不交，还是应该怎样做？希望各位同胞能帮忙出主意，

yes, both 310-BELL(2355) and 310-8000 are on my bill payment.
So I think 310-2355 should be the right number. I have used this number to contact BELL for many times, just don't know why since yesterday, they both are not belong to BELL. We don't want to pay the extra payment, but we also afraid to be charged as a late payment by the BELL company. Since no way to contact BELL so far, we really don't know what to do.

Heee... this is a funny thing we happened to meet once before. My colleaque tried to contact one customer but always was connected to a strange voice mail; however, I dialed the same number and reached the customer without any problem. If you think my colleaque's phone line isn't good, you will be surprised that he could dial other people without any problem. Interesting? Both of us share the same phone line going out of the company. Sounds like phone line hacking? Unknown so far...
