here is the builder name,
i went to the city 4 years ago,all my ralatives live at phonenix.

They have about $2000 negotiation room, but depends on the Sales. One could say firm no, the other one could say yes. You have nothing to loose when you try, right? Good luck.. Just a reminder, this builder doesn't have a good reputation in terms of quality and delivery date...
