Your prejudice clouded your judgement. I see this case as simply a bullying case, there is no racism involved. Does a kid that age really understand what racism is all about? In most bullying cases, there is a fair degree of discrimination involved, whether the kid being bullied is skinny (physical discrimination), shy (personality discrimination), from out of town (location discrimination), can't speak English that well (language discrimination)...and the list goes on and on. Racism could be a reason for bullying, but not all the time. Again kids are being bullied all the time in school, it's a social problem, not a Chinese problem.
I never said not to fight, but fight for the right reason, in this case: bullying, not racism. What's going to happen if you use racism on everything? Remember the story 狼来了? p.s. I feel quite silly even to having to explain this to you: language is only a tool, a tool to convey a message. The fact I'm writing in English is simply because it's easier, or the fact that I don't have a Chinese input at hand. Millions of people can speak and write in English in this country, if I intend to show off something, wouldn't you think I'd pick something else? Very strange, but a lot of people tend to think writing in English is showing off, even in an English-speaking country, very strange indeed.
