Routine check with him is usually less then 3 mintues, following an hour's waiting. If you have any questions at the check-up, his famous answer is "There are only two ways, Dr. Sim's way, and the other doctor's way."

He is said to have good skill. His clinic is crowded and disorganized. One day you will enjoy the music from upstairs, and the other day it's the hysteric yelling, all contributed by Mrs. Sim.

As he is really really busy, don't expect him to be at the hospital when you need him. He will eventually show up, when he is ready, and deliver your baby when you are ready.
