请问，哪位有给在加拿大出生的小孩上国内户口的经验？

想让孩子做中国公民+加拿大永久居民。由谁有经验？请指教，多谢啦。

Since the baby was born here, she/he is a Canadian Citizen. The baby cannot be a Chinese Citizen with Perpanent Residence in Canada, I guess.

You have to prove to Chinese Embassy that you've given up the opportunity for your baby to get a Canadian passport etc. After you get the Chinese passport for your baby, you have to apply for the immigrant status for him(her). Call Chinese Embassy.
