178 run through the whole community morning and evening during the rush hours and go directly to downtown. besides that it has 95 and close the baseline transitway. It is convinent to everywhere. It has good scholls around. But the price of house is high.

location is ok, still half hr from downtown, houses are simply overpriced!

Quinterra is a very good neibourhood. There are a few houses for sale now. But prices are higher. There are busses to downtown (Riverside and Uplands).

It is off Riverside Road on the west side at Uplands (near Hunt Club Road), opposite to Cognos building.
