孩子要回国怎么办签证

我女儿9个月要办护照,需要什么手续?直接去可以办吗?有谁知道谢谢指教.

Apply birth certificate (reqest "long form" instead of "short form" which is for SIN card application) first (it may take a couple of months). Then take passport photos for the baby at a licesed photo stutio. You need to find a person (doctor, layer, MPP, registered engineer, etc.) to certify the documents.

If you don't hurry, you can mail application package to a passport office. If need urgent service, you have to bring the baby to the passport office to apply it.

Go go your local MPP office, you can get free help from them.
