Yes if you pack the bottle in your checked in luggage. Not bring it with you.

No. According to the custom regulation, you can only bring 1500 ml alcohol without being taxed. Otherwise, you need to pay the custome duties. Then why do you do it. Actually the alcohol is cheaper in US. I brought two bottles from there just recently.
