好像有TAX NUMBER和没有的注册是不一样的．

No. But Annual Return Filings will cost $20 to $40 each time if your incorporation has business activities in a year.

You can just get a GST number to open a self-employed business. No registeration fee, but you have to file ur GST return every year just like the personal ones. Getting a GST means you can charge GST to your customers & deducted expenses your business incurred. See if this might be choice for u.
