[问题] 五年期满后，OHIP卡和驾照的renew是否需要本人亲自去办理？都有哪些手续？谢谢！

yes you must go in person to take new picture. I think for OHIP you have to bring some kind of proof of living in Ontario, such as tax return. For driver license, nothing. Just show up and take a picture.
