父母签证今天到期，4月初就递了续签申请，到现在也没有消息。请教大家：通常续签要等多久？有没有可能签证中心根本没收到？怎末查询呢？如果真没收到申请，接下来该怎样做？很急！父母担心，我也着急，请大家赐教！！！

现在看他们在处理3月底的，估计是还没处理到你们家的申请。
一般很少发生邮件丢失的可能，如果你们是寄的可追踪邮件，比如快递类的，能查到他们何时收到甚至谁签收得。
另外，签证到期前申请延期，到期时还没受理完毕的情况下不是逾期不归，这个网上也有说明。

Don't worry. As long as you have submitted the application 30 days before the due date, your parrents are legal to stay here to wait for the visa, no matter it will be approved or not. If eventually they are rejected, they will be given a time period to leave the country.
