请问最近是否有人本月从国内回Ottawa? 妈妈刚刚拿到签证，还没有订机票，想找人帮忙带过来，因为老人出门不懂英语，实在是很为难。
妈妈不算太老，61岁，身体健康，主要是需要指导办理各种手续和语言帮助。

btw, 因为visa时限问题，最好是本月底或12月份从国内过来。

You do not need someone to accompany your mother. You may ask for within airport service if you book flights from Air Canada. You can tell Air Canada that your mother does not understand English and needs help for connection at Vancouver or Toronto. They may arrange someone to guide your mother to the connection through passport control and custom. There shouldn't be any problem. You may provide a notice for her to bring with, showing the procedure from China to Ottawa step by step and some English sentences she may need to communicate with others in both Chinese and English. There are always lots of Chinese on board in the plane from China to Canada.
