想买40”左右的LCD彩电，请问Futureshop和bestbuy是否能讲价？
彩电的stand呢？
不能讲价的话，请问可以拿到Rogers什么样的HD package?

futureshop绝对可以讲价，前提是你要买多几样东西。
我去年买到46寸1080p的LCD1499，加上一个原价400多的可以挂电视的TV stand讲价到200。再加8个月免费的HD channel（不过你需要付regular cable的钱，如果你没有装regular cable的话）我估计到今年年底regular price都不一定到这个价位。（特价有可能）。
。如果你要买service plan的话，就绝对可以杀到底价。5百块以下的东西照一半杀。（前提是你至少买1500块以上的东西加service plan）

the installation and tuning up charge is not necessary. Installation is just pluging the cable or other home theater cables. Read the instruction you will find it is not hard.

For the Tuning up, I suggest you read this forum

They discuss most of major brands and models and detailed settings for the TV. Also they have other related useful information.
you can save 120$ to do other things, maybe a good DVD player or tv stand.
