Freezing Rain 冰雨或冻雨的形成
冰雨是由过冷水滴组成，与温度低于0℃的物体碰撞立即冻结的降水。 低于0℃的雨滴在温度略低于 0℃的空气中能够保持过冷状态，其外观同一般雨滴相同，当它落到温度为0℃以下的物体上时，立刻冻结成外表光滑而透明的冰层，称为冰雨。 冰雨出现时地面往往不太寒冷(0℃-3℃)，上空为逆稳，有一层温度高于0℃ 的暖层。 降水在暖层里为雨滴，下落到近地面大气中就成为过冷却的冰雨，往往会造成一些危害。 严重的冰雨会压断 树木、电线杆，使通讯、供电中止，妨碍公路和铁路交通，威胁飞机的飞行安全。 |

别客气！  ～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ 其实，冰雨路况下驾驶也是万变不离其宗，与雪地驾驶类似，具体讨论，可以看： 今天雪大，出门开车的要注意，下面我给大家总结了部分雪地行车需要注意的，提醒大家下： 【1】加油、刹车都要轻和缓； 【2】方向盘转动也要缓； 【3】行驶中保持好与前车的距离，最少double，就是4秒钟的距离，或者简单记忆为：车速50公里，与前车的距离50米；车速30公里，与前车的距离30米，等等，这时车距的时间为3.6秒； 【4】加油跑偏，松油门；刹车跑偏，松刹车； 【5】拐弯前，提前根据路况、弯道中车和人的情况，提前减速，转弯中最好不要加速和踩刹车； 【6】万一在转弯中或其他情况下甩尾了，车尾朝那个方向偏，方向盘就朝那个方向打，用来纠正。 【7】车道中，尽量沿着前面车的车轮压的痕迹走，不要另辟新路； |

今天早上7点09分发布的冰雨警告，危险继续！
Weather Warnings - Environment Canada  Warnings Ottawa North - Kanata - Orléans 7:09 AM EDT Monday 31 March 2008 Freezing rain warning for Ottawa North - Kanata - Orléans continued Several hours of freezing rain early this morning. Local amounts of 2 to 4 millimetres possible. This is a warning that an extended period of freezing rain is imminent or occurring in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..Listen for updated statements. An active early spring weather pattern will continue to send a conveyor belt of moist air towards the lower Great Lakes region. The leading impulse in this conveyor belt began last night with rain over much of southern Ontario. Surface temperatures are still just below the freezing point over most of eastern Ontario so that when the precipitation begins...It will initially take the form of wet snow and then freezing rain before the changeover to rain. At least 2 hours of freezing rain is expected in many areas before this changeover to rain this morning. A few locales may receive a freezing rain accumulation of 2 to 4 millimetres..However the impact of this event will be somewhat reduced by the relatively warm ground and any residual salt present on treated surfaces. However motorists and pedestrians are advised that any untreated surfaces may become quickly slick once the freezing rain begins. The next impulse of this storm will be the Colorado low itself heading our way today and tonight. More rain will arrive this afternoon with heavier rain beginning this evening. Current indications are that the heaviest rainfall will affect regions from the Bruce Peninsula to Muskoka to Petawawa and north to burks falls and Algonquin Park. While 10 millimetres of rain may fall today..An additional 15 to 40 millimetres are likely tonight bringing total amounts to 25 to 50 millimetres. Regions to the south of the warned areas will also receive a significant amount of rain but these amounts are expected to stay below the warning threshold of 25 millimetres in 24 hours. The airmass will be quite unstable so the odd rumble of thunder cannot be ruled out. Rain will taper to showers Tuesday morning. |
