Sorry that I have not answered your question of why the Primerica Agent '执意要你现有保险的statement'. There are at least two '目的'.

1. The Primerica Agent would replace your insurance policy with theirs, especially if your policy is 'perm '. They need your policy number and the information on your policy statement to fill out their 'Replacement Form'. Without selling you their life insurance, the agent makes no money.

2. They want to know how much 'cash value' you have and would convince you to take the money out and invest in their funds. Their selling tactic is 'Buy Term and Invest The Difference'. Again, commission on selling load-funds!

我觉得primerica象是传销, 以前一个不是很熟的非finance领域专业的人去上了几堂他们的课, 回来后激动得不得了拼命鼓动周围所有的人和她一起去上这个课. 还说只要多少个月就可以赚多少多少万拉之类的.... 我当时明知其中一定有诈, 上网查了一下, 看到美国那边真有很多起诉primerica的, 好象还有个专门声讨primerica的网站.....
